Batch label printing for central kitchens and food production

Central kitchens and food producers print large batches of labels across many product lines and label sizes. Re-typing product data or switching between label files slows production down.

THE CHALLENGE

Why labeling gets difficult

Large batches need correct labels across several product lines and label sizes.

With RoutiSync you upload products from Excel, choose the right template and size per product, preview and send the job to the network label printer on the production floor.

QUESTIONS

Common questions

Do I need to install any software?

Managing products, templates, outlets and staff only needs a web browser. To print, install the free RoutiSync Print Agent on one Windows PC at each outlet. The agent sends labels to the printer on that outlet’s network.

Which label printers are supported?

RoutiSync prints native ZPL to Zebra and ZPL-compatible thermal label printers that are connected to your network and reachable on port 9100. If you use a different printer, contact us and we will check it for you.

Can I import my products from Excel?

Yes. Download the Excel sheet for your chosen template, fill in your products and upload it. You can also add and edit products one at a time.
